The truth the system wants to bury.
In Romania, 2025, nothing seems accidental anymore. Decisions that alter the fate of the nation are made behind closed doors, without debate, and without respect for the people’s vote. A heavy question weighs increasingly on the national conscience: Who gave the order? Who issued the command, who dictated the directive that led the Constitutional Court to overturn the democratic will of the Romanians? Who ordered that freedom be suspended through a mere act of power?
These questions can no longer remain unanswered. Today, at CrossBorderChroniclesRo, we place them at the heart of our fight for truth.
Judge Vasile, punished for his courage. The Ploiești Court of Appeal sends shockwaves through the deep state.
Romanians felt something profoundly wrong in December 2024, when the Constitutional Court annulled the second round of the presidential elections. It was no longer about politics — it was about a disguised coup under the pretext of “protecting voters.” No one officially requested the intervention of the Court, yet the decision came silently, without public debate or transparency.
On April 24, 2025, a single man within the system dared to break the scheme. Judge Alexandru Vasile of the Ploiești Court of Appeal voiced what millions were thinking: that the Constitutional Court has no right to annul elections without evidence, without a legal request, and without respecting the Constitution.
He suspended the enforcement of CCR Decision No. 32/2024, opening the way to its annulment. An act of normality, justice, and legality — and also an act of defiance in a state where those who dare are immediately punished.
CSM: The system’s execution arm
Just hours after the ruling, the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) filed a complaint against him. The Judges’ Section referred the matter to the Judicial Inspection, sending a clear message: whoever challenges the CCR decision, whoever defends the people, will be lynched. Thus, the CSM abandoned its role as a guarantor of judicial independence, becoming an instrument of those seeking total control over Romanian democracy.
Top Secret Craiova published a courageous article that every Romanian with a heart should read: The truth about the Ploiești Court of Appeal’s decision suspending the coup. The publication presents documents, facts, and above all a simple but heavy question:
Who gave the order?
Who demanded the annulment of millions of Romanians’ votes? What were they afraid of? What was being prepared behind the scenes?
The real story. Not from TV, but from the source
Ion Spânu, director of the publication Top Secret Craiova, said it clearly: the truth isn’t found in TV studios but in the spontaneous live streams of honest and courageous citizens.
It all started with Armin Gherman, a young jurist from Pitești, who shared on a TikTok live how his complaint against the CCR decision was rejected. He proposed filing multiple complaints nationwide. Judge Lăcrimioara Axinte, present in the live stream, had the idea to submit complaints simultaneously to all 15 Courts of Appeal, increasing the chances that a conscientious judge would be randomly assigned.
Thus, a real citizen movement was born. Genuine. Legal. Without bots, without networks, without intelligence service scenarios. Judge Vasile was randomly assigned — no one knew him beforehand, no one guided him. He was the judge who simply did his duty.
The system’s counterattack: a smear campaign
Immediately after this brave decision, the system’s media launched an aggressive campaign against Judge Axinte and Judge Alexandru Vasile. Comisarul.ro described Axinte as a supporter of Călin Georgescu and a promoter of “conspiracy theories,” ignoring the fact that her actions were strictly legal and aimed at defending the freely expressed vote.
They attempt to discredit her and the entire citizen movement through personal attacks, insinuations, and manipulation. But reality cannot be erased: this mobilization was authentic, born from the sincere indignation of betrayed citizens.
The attacks did not stop there. Judge Alexandru Vasile was treated as a pariah, a “dissident” in a system where obedience matters more than truth. For his courage to place the Constitution above political orders, he was marginalized and subjected to enormous pressure from colleagues and superiors.
The High Court: swift execution, silent betrayal
On April 25, the day after the Ploiești Court’s ruling, the High Court delivered the ultimate betrayal. Three judges — Prelipcean, Hrudei, and Florea — overturned the decision in record time, without waiting for the legal 5-day appeal window. Everything was rushed in a few hours to prevent public reaction.
They ruled that courts are “not competent” to judge the CCR. In other words: the Constitutional Court stands above the law — even when it errs, it bears no responsibility.
This hasty, suspiciously obedient decision reveals that Romania’s highest court abandoned public interest, choosing instead to protect the privileges and abuses of power.
But we do not forget. And we do not forgive.
Judge Vasile merely applied the law. For that, he was publicly executed.
Now it is up to the people to decide: remain silent, or awaken?
This is no longer a fight between political parties. It is a fight between truth and lies.
Between the people and the system.
Between the real Romania and the captured Romania.
We choose the side of courage.
And we will not be silent.
